Proper Eating habits is very important for one to be able to maintain sound health and weight .Wrong eating habits exposes one to under nourishment ,overweight problems and other life threatening diseases.
Knowing How to eat healthy to maintain sound health involves the intake of balance food nutrients that our body needs in their proper proportion such as carbodydrates, proteins, fat and oils, vitamins etc .

1. Increase your intake of Dietary fibre : Fibre weakens the passage of food in the body .Fibre binds cholesterol and bye salts out of body .High Fibre food reduces risks of exposure to life threatening diseases such as diabetes ,obesity etc .Examples of dietary fibre foods include wheat , vegetables, fruits , etc .Take at less two fruits daily .
2. Avoid too much sugar : Sugar gives one energy and some side effects such as high sugar intake into your body exposes you to the risk of diabetes .Replaces your sugar intake with honey .Take sugar moderately if you need to use it .
You also need to know that process foods contains a lot of sugar examples includes food drinks .read food labels before consuming the contents .Soft drinks and most can drinks deplete calcium intake .other process foods that deplete calcium intake include cakes and ice creams .
3. Adequate intake of Water : the Frequent intake of water every time during and after meals or when engaging in our daily activities is very important as water frees your balls .Our body is made up of 65% of Water hence the need of water frequently to our body needs and proper functioning. Water flushes out toxics out of our body.
4. Avoid taking food or meals that has a high fat and oil contents or calories contents as the continuos intake of such meals exposes you to life threatening diseases such as overweight and obesity problems as excess fat and weight will be building up in your body which makes you to become overweight and in extreme cases if not check you could become obese. other life threatening diseases that could occur through high intake of calories or fatty meals include heart attack , hypertension.
5. Learn to take meals that are balance and contain all the food nutrients that your body needs in order to maintain sound health and weight .
