The benefits of healthy eating involves the intake of proper proportion of meals that our body needs to maintain sound health and weight for our everyday activities .This involves the intake of the proper proportions of the various food nutrients that our body needs per time .Over eating or taking meals that are not balance and do not contain all the needed body nutrients should be avoided in order to maintain sound health and overweight problems.
When you eat balance diets or meals , you are preventing yourself from many life threatening diseases and conditions that may affect you due to insufficient nutrients requirement for your body functions.
Taking balance meals that contains all the food nutrients that your body needs is the key to healthy life. Nutrients such as carbodydrates, proteins, fat and oil, minerals, fruits that gives vitamins etc should be taken in proper proportion per meal in order to maintain sound health and wealth.

1. Variety: You must have variety in your eating habits by trying new foods and meals from time to time.
2. Balance: There should be a balance in your meals meaning that you have to take meals that contains all the nutrients that you body needs
3. Moderation: There has to be moderation in your food intake by controlling the quantity of food you eat per time .Avoid over eating habits which will only make you to get overweight after a period of certain period of time .When you are eating ,and you observe or feel that you have eaten enough ,you need to stop further consumption or just take food quantity that you know will be enough for you
4. Adequate intake of Water : the Frequent intake of water every time during and after meals or when engaging in our daily activities is very important as water frees your balls .Our body is made up of 65% of Water hence the need of water frequently to our body needs and proper functioning. Water flushes out toxics out of our body.
The benefits of healthy living is enormous and you just have to practice how to live and eat healthy .Remember that your health is your wealth and you just have to take proper care of your health through your eating habits and pattern.
